Step TWO
Read and execute the Subscriber Agreement, complete and execute the
Subscriber Application. Return both documents by fax or US mail. If
you plan on requesting motor vehicle searches, there may be some
additional forms to complete (this varies state by state):

A username and password will
be sent to the primary email address on the Subscriber Application.
This usually takes 1-2 business days. Immediately after
activation, one of our Solution Specialists will call to schedule a
time for an orientation session.
