PreTrax Instructions

Welcome to the PreTrax background screening system "getting started" instructions.  Conceptually, the system is used to launch background cases, review any work-in-progress (WIP), review finalized cases and review invoice details. Below are some basic instructions followed by some illustrations that show the system.
 

To enter an Order: Click on New Order, just below Home Tab, in the upper left corner.

To invite an applicant to complete an Order: Click on New Applicant Order, just below Orders Tab, in the upper left corner.

For a list of Recently Received reports: Click on one of the links under Recently Received Reports. Then click on the Applicant ID to view the desired report.

For a list of Work in Progress: Click on one of the links under Recently Submitted Reports. Then click on the Applicant ID to view the desired report.

To view a list of older completed reports: Click on the Applicants tab. Select "Received" in the dropdown menu labeled Status. Enter a date range. Click on GO.

To find a report by SSN or Last Name: Click on the Applicants tab. Enter the SSN or Name. Click on GO.

To review your invoices: Click on the Invoices tab. Select desired date range from the dropdown menu. Click on GO.
